Overview

Officiating is a stallion selected with precision, the result of a global search to identify a pedigree ideally suited to Queensland’s broodmare population.

A triple Group 3 winner, Officiating combines proven race performance with a deep international pedigree. He is a half-brother to US Champion two-year-old filly Caledonia Road, bringing elite juvenile class and global relevance to his profile.

By Eclipse Champion Racehorse Blame, Officiating is backed by one of the most effective and versatile sirelines in the Northern Hemisphere. Blame is the sire of multiple Group 1 winners and has produced over 15% stakes horses to runners, while also emerging as an elite broodmare sire with over 14% stakes horses to runners, including Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner Forte and Group 1 winner Switzerland.

Importantly for Australian breeders, Officiating is a complete outcross to Danehill, offering a highly sought-after genetic option for a broodmare population heavily influenced by that line. He was specifically identified as an ideal match for Queensland breeders, particularly those with mares by Spirit of Boom, Better Than Ready and Spill The Beans.
